Mr. Theodore trained in the field of Finance and Management Accounting in the United Kingdom, earning a fellowship to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. 
 
With over 20 years’ experience at management and executive level in the banking sector, Mr Theodore brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Lexna Insurance. He has served in leadership positions that include Chief Financial Officer at AgriBank Namibia and various positions at Bank of Namibia, City of Windhoek to mention a few. 
 
With a commitment to quality customer service, Mr Theodore values building excellent business relationships and transparent stakeholder engagement.

Mr. Elia N. Shikongo

BA.LAW, LLB (UCT)

Qualifications: 
Mr. Elia Shikongo is a Namibian Attorney who holds a BA.LAW and LLB from the University of Cape Town. He completed a post graduate course in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Elia is a former president of The Law Society of Namibia, and he has served as an acting judge in the High Court of the Republic of Namibia, besides serving as chairperson on the boards of several private and public institutions. 
 
Practice Area: 
As the owner of Shikongo Law Chambers, Elia practices many fields of law with emphasis on Commercial Law, Oil and Gas Mining Law, as well as legal consultancies.  

Mr. Petrus S.T.S Elago

BJuris, LLB (UNAM)

Qualifications: 
Mr. Petrus Shapupala Tileni Smart Elago holds a BJuris and LLB degree from the University of Namibia. Petrus is an admitted legal practitioner in the High and Supreme Courts of the Republic of Namibia. 
 
Practice Area: 
Mr. Elagos’ focus lies in Civil Cases, Labour Law, Debt Collections as well as Divorce and Family Law. In addition to Litigation, he prepares and advises on commercial transactions involving Maritime Law and Medical Law. He currently works in partnership with Tjombe/Elago Incorporated.

Ms. Gaenor Michaels

LLB (UWC)

Qualifications: 
Mrs. Gaenor Michaels is an admitted Namibian Attorney after having obtained an LLB lV from the University of Western Cape. Gaenor was a member of the cultural group at her alma mater holding the position of Secretary and Chairlady of the Student Representative Council. 
 
Practice Area: 
Gaenor focuses on Civil cases, Commercial and Conveyance matters as well as MVA cases. She is the proud owner of Gaenor Michaels & Associates.  

Ms Consetha D. Haradoeb

Consetha Desireé Haradoëb (formerly Kgobetsi) was born in Windhoek, Namibia, on August 16, 1981. She is the only daughter among five siblings. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Namibia in 2004, she began her career at Old Mutual Namibia, progressing from Data and Claims Administrator to Service Consultant. 
 
 In 2013, she joined the Old Mutual Investments Department as a Fund Accountant before transitioning to Senior Risk and Compliance Inspector at the Law Society of Namibia until 2018. Since 2019, she has been the Finance/HR Officer at Sisa Namandje & Company Incorporated. Consetha holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance (MSAF) from the University of Namibia, specializing in the Analysis of Factors Influencing Housing Affordability in Namibia. Married to Mr. Ellis ET Haradoeb since 2013, she is the proud mother of two daughters. Consetha is known for her dedication, hard work, and motivation to overcome challenges. She has been a board member at LexNa Insurance since 2019.  

Mr. Ben Herunga

Masters of Business Administration (University of Namibia Business School, 2020)

With over 38 years in the banking Industry, Mr Herunga brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the executive management of financial institutions that are invaluable in guiding value addition to all stakeholders of Lexna Insurance Ltd. An expert in enhancing profitability, developing strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations, thus safeguarding the sustainable operations of the only Namibian owned provider of legal cover. Ben is a proven visionary and strategic leader that translates business strategies into maximum value commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public.
